GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. All applicants must be citizens of Tanzania and not more than 45 years of age.

3. All applicants must attach a birth certificate certified by an Advocate/Lawyer.
4. Applicants must attach a detailed Curriculum Vitae (C.V) with reliable addresses and telephone numbers, together with names of three (3) credible referees.
5. Applications must be accompanied by professional certificates, transcripts, and certified copies of academic certificates including:
   • Form IV and Form VI certificates (where applicable)
   • Postgraduate, Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, and Certificate qualifications
   • Computer Certificate
   • Professional certificates from respective professional boards
6. Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, and Form IV and Form VI Results Slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
7. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by relevant authorities (TCU, NECTA, and NACTE).
8. Applicants who were dismissed from Public Service are not allowed to apply unless they have permission from the Chief Secretary.
9. Applicants already employed in entry-level positions in the Public Service should not apply and must comply with Circular No. CAC. 45/257/01/D/140 dated 30th November, 2010.
10. Submission of false information or forged qualifications will result in legal action.
11. The deadline for submitting applications is 20th February, 2026.
