Interview Announcement – Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA)
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA), would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted starting from 16/02/2026. Successful candidates will subsequently be assigned to their respective duty stations.
Candidates called for the interview must adhere to the following instructions:
- Interviews will be conducted starting on the date indicated in this announcement. The time and venue for each interview are specified according to each cadre.
- Each candidate must report to the interview venue wearing a face mask.

Every candidate must bring an identification document for verification purposes.
Acceptable IDs include:
- National ID
- Voter’s ID
- Work ID
- Citizenship ID
- Passport
- Driving License
- Introduction letter from Local Government (Street/Village Office)

Candidates must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from:
- Birth Certificate
- Form IV Certificate
- Form VI Certificate
- Certificate (Astashahada)
- Diploma (Stashahada)
- Advanced Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree and above
- Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form IV and Form VI Result Slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and candidates presenting such documents will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
- For cadres requiring registration with Professional Boards, candidates must bring their ORIGINAL registration certificates along with valid practicing licenses.
- Each candidate will be responsible for their own meals, transportation, and accommodation. All candidates must attend the interview in neat and decent attire in accordance with the official dress code guidelines.
- Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). For cadres requiring GPA, candidates who studied outside Tanzania must submit a GPA conversion certificate from TCU.
- Candidates who do not see their names in this announcement should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reasons for not being shortlisted, in order to improve their chances in future applications.
- All shortlisted candidates must log into their accounts and copy their interview number. Candidates who will attend online screening interviews must remember their email address and password used in the Ajira Portal system.
- Candidates whose names differ across their documents must submit a registered Deed Poll (Name Change Affidavit) certified by the Ministry of Lands.
